Ingredient (about 8 pieces)
* 115g Flour
* 1 teaspoon (5ml) bicarbonate soda
* 1 teaspoon (5ml) cream tartar
* 25g Butter
* 1 seeds Eggs
* 150ml Fresh Milk
* 1 tablespoon sugar
Methods
Step 1
Combine flour and soda and cream of tartar and ayaklah.
Step 2
Mix the butter until crumble.
Step 3
Make a hole in the middle of the flour in it. Beat egg and milk gradually. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour a ladle of batter into hot pan and the pancakes I put up some oil.
Step 5
Cook until no air bubbles and wait until the bubbles burst tu new flip.
Step 6
Serve with syrup cake pan or with condensed milk.
Step 7
Clean up the kitchen and do not forget to wipe the cooking table with a cloth moistened slightly.
